The next phase of organisational effectiveness – and competitive advantage - will come from organisations gaining deep engagement with their employees and loyalty from their customers.  YSC’s Meaning InQ Survey is based on our best-selling Meaning Inc book, and is designed to measure the level of engagement within your organisation.

YSC has interviewed over 20,000 managers and leaders in over 100 of the largest global companies.  In doing so we have learned that just 37% of all employees were highly engaged with their work. More typically employees are overwhelmed, change fatigued, unclear about goals and priorities, and see their jobs in short-term, transactional terms.

Our findings - outlined in Meaning Inc (Profile 2007) – have struck a chord with tens of thousands, and the book is in its third reprint.  In response to this demand we have now developed a Meaning InQ Survey to enable organisations to:
